This rustic-style accommodation is a gem within Serres de Cardó-el Boix National Park, offering bright, air-conditioned rooms that are both comfortable and inviting. The outdoor dining area, complete with BBQ facilities, provided the perfect setting for a special dinner—a good experience celebrating our time together in nature. What stood out was the opportunity to pick fresh fruits and vegetables from the hotel's organic garden, a unique touch that echoed my fondness for sustainable travel. With bike hire readily available, my companions and I fully embraced the stunning local scenery, which is fantastic for cycling. Hort de Mao has set the stage for outdoor enthusiasts like myself, making it a lovely retreat after a day of adventure. For anyone seeking a nice stay that interweaves relaxation with amazing nature, this country house certainly ticks all the boxes.
